Intellectual Property Rights


1. Ownership and Proprietary Rights

All content included on the Segai.cc website and through the SEGAI mobile application—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the industrial design of SyncOne and SyncBar—is the exclusive property of SEGAI or its content suppliers. These assets are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.


2. AI & Synchronization Technology

SEGAI holds proprietary rights to the core AI algorithms and synchronization technologies associated with its products. This includes, but is not limited to:

  1. AI-Driven Script Generation: The underlying algorithmic logic, generation mechanisms, and processing frameworks used by the SEGAI App to automatically generate scripts from user-uploaded videos are the sole property of SEGAI.
  2. Hardware Firmware: The firmware and embedded software within SyncOne and SyncBar are protected trade secrets. Any attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of SEGAI hardware is strictly prohibited.


3. Trademarks

"SEGAI," "SyncOne," "SyncBar," and our official logos are registered trademarks or trade dress of SEGAI. These trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not SEGAI's, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits SEGAI.


4. User-Generated Content (UGC) and AI Outputs

When you utilize SEGAI’s tools (such as the script generation feature):

  1. Original Content: You retain ownership of the original media files you upload.
  2. Generated Data: By using our AI technology to create derivative data (such as specific haptic synchronization files or motion scripts), you grant SEGAI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, store, and process such data for the purposes of optimizing algorithms, improving product functionality, and providing services.


5. Limited License and Access

SEGAI grants users a limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to access this site and utilize hardware functions for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized scraping, reproduction, distribution, or mirroring of any protected content on Segai.cc is strictly forbidden.


6. Protection of Trade Secrets

Our hardware communication protocols, private API interfaces, and manufacturing processes constitute SEGAI's trade secrets. Any third-party partners or distributors must adhere to specific Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) and are prohibited from unauthorized disclosure or exploitation of these secrets.


7. Infringement Claims (DMCA)

SEGAI respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact our legal department at: contact@segai.cc.
