- European Union (EU) countries: 24 months from the date of purchase
- Other regions worldwide: 12 months from the date of purchase
Warranty Coverage:
SEGAI warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Malfunction due to faulty components
- Premature wear not caused by misuse
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper use, abuse, or neglect
- Damage resulting from modification, repair by unauthorized personnel, or use of non-SEGAI accessories
- Normal wear and tear, including discoloration, surface scratches, or changes due to cleaning or usage
- Damage caused by accidents, liquids, or external factors
How to Claim Warranty:
To request warranty service, please contact us at contact@segai.cc with the following information:
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
- Description and photos of the defect
SEGAI reserves the right to repair or replace the product at its discretion. Shipping costs for warranty service may apply, depending on the region.
